Starting today, February the 17th, there will be some changes to the support portal on our website. Players with the supporter status will not notice any difference, but players without the supporter status will only be able to contact our support on selected queues for issues related to payments, data protection or harassment reports. Non-supporters will still be able to search for help and information on other issues such as technical issues or questions about gameplay on our website and forum, this will not change.
Today we will also start providing support in German again, so you can send your support requests in German if you wish!
